Venza Group Appoints Sophia Gore as Customer Success Manager

The Venza Group has announced the appointment of Sophia Gore to the position of customer success manager.

This new role is a comprehensible next step for the Venza Group given the 400 percent growth of its PEAK® Series of educational programs in 2014 alone. In this key leadership role, Sophia will manage and direct both internal and external efforts surrounding implementation, education, troubleshooting and helping customers achieve success using the Venza Group’s technology and services. Gore will proactively strive to provide customers with the knowledge and guidance they want and need. She will work collaboratively and strategically with clients, from initial consultation to rollout and implementation, to insure that their educational needs are achieved.

The Venza Group’s PEAK® Compliance and Performance education series consists of an array of learning interventions such as eLearning modules, webinars and interactive audits. PEAK® programs drive the adoption of behaviors required by hoteliers that aim to protect guest data as well as foster harassment-free environments. Most recently, the Venza Group has found itself in the middle of the hotel industry’s data security space. PCI Compliance for Hoteliers, consisting of three role-based modules, is Venza PEAK®’s flagship product and shows no signs of slowing down. That may have to do with the fact that 2014 has been named 'a year of mega breaches' due to fiascos at Target, The Home Depot and Sony (just to name a few).

Sophia Gore is a native of Atlanta with a bachelor of science in hotel and restaurant management from Georgia Southern University. She brings to the table a wealth of knowledge about daily operations as well as compliance concerns, from health to occupancy codes. Gore brings rich experience to the Venza Group leadership team in both food service (Darden Restaurants) as well as hotel management (Magnolia Hospitality).
