The Venza Group will be one of eight invited companies sponsoring a gathering of 70 hospitality CIOs at the 14th Annual CIO Summit, produced by Hospitality Upgrade Magazine and taking place in San Diego, Sept. 9-11, 2015.

“This is a unique event in that participation is limited, so it really allows for meaningful conversation and collaboration,” said Daniel Johnson, COO of the Venza Group. “We’re looking forward to discussing the business and technology issues CIOs in the hospitality industry are facing, as well as sharing ideas and best practices about how to address them.”

The two-day conference offers networking, programs and social events for C-level technology executives in the hospitality industry. It is an exclusive, invitation-only conference with a strong focus on the CIO role. Participation is limited to a select group of technology leaders at major hotels, casinos, cruise lines, management and timeshare companies.

“Because we focus on compliance training solutions for the hospitality industry, we view events like this as an ideal forum for not only sharing our expertise but also staying current on the trends and challenges with which hospitality technology executives are dealing,” says Sophia Gore, Customer Success Manager at the Venza Group. “This is just one of the ways we maintain our pulse on the industry so we can continue to deliver increased value to our customers.”

Since 2008, the Venza Group has partnered with the hospitality industry as its premier provider of custom learning solutions. Its Venza PEAK® solution, an off-the-shelf series of compliance and workforce effectiveness programs, was specifically crafted for hoteliers around the world to mitigate risk. It is used by a number of the world’s most prestigious hoteliers, including Magnolia Hotels, Diamond Resorts International and Davidson Hotels and Resorts.
