Multi-Systems, Inc. (MSI), a hotel cloud services hospitality technology provider, has announced that WoodSpring Hotels™ has successfully migrated 180 properties from premise-based NiteVision to MSI CloudPM™.

The newly constructed WoodSpring Suites™ hotel in Aurora, Colo. also marks the 300th installation milestone of MSI CloudPM. WoodSpring Hotels has selected MSI to be the exclusive provider of hotel cloud technology solutions through MSI TruCloud™, including MSI CloudPM™, MSI CloudCRS™ and MSI CloudPay™.

“This was truly a collaborative event between our organizations," said Marc Voirol, MSI vice president of sales, marketing and corporate accounts. "We value MSI’s extensive hotel and extended-stay solutions experience. Our partnership encourages consistent revenue increases across the growing franchise, as well as improved guest service levels.”

“Through our solid partnership with MSI and migration to MSI CloudPM, we now have the ability to speed training, improve disaster recovery, increase functionality and decouple the CRS from the call center nearly doubling conversion rates," said Kyle Rogg, WoodSpring Hotels president and COO. "We look forward to enhancing revenue management, and further simplifying operations as we expect continued growth of WoodSpring Hotels’ properties throughout North America. We are positively thrilled.”

“Through MSI CloudPM’s ease of conversion, use, savings, and MSI’s one-source support, we are committed to our partnership with the WoodSpring Hotels’ team, and to increased service to their Strategic Partners and hotel guests," said Voirol.
