dailypoint expands operations to US territory. The US-based PIAZZA HOSPITALITY, specializing in the development and management of hotels, restaurants and spas in premier locations, has selected dailypoint as a full-service solution partner for customer relationship and guest data management.
This February, dailypoint CEO Dr. Michael Toedt and Marcus Regenberg, vice president business development for the Americas met with Piazza Hospitality´s President Circe Sher in the US to sign the deal negotiated by Alex Bohnekamp, chief operating officer of dailypoint.
Three exclusive hotels, Hotel Healdsburg, h2hotel and Harmon Guest House will be the first properties in the United States to use the innovative hospitality technology solution made in Germany, which puts the central guest profile in the heart of a hotel IT-strategy.
The goal of PIAZZA HOSPITALITY is to provide extraordinary service throughout the customer journey, using guest insights from a centrally managed guest profile. The technical set-up is already underway to provide individual marketing and services tailored to each guest visiting the boutique luxury hotels in California. Key elements of the technical set-up is the integration with Oracle´s OHIP interface, as well as the Data Laundry processes provided.
“At Piazza Hospitality, we pride ourselves on providing guests with authentic, meaningful experiences that give guests a sense of place,” said Circe Sher, co-founder of the company, which developed and manages Hotel Healdsburg, Harmon Guest House, and h2 hotel. “Partnering with dailypoint takes our intention one step further by helping us anticipate guest needs and preferences, personalize their stay and ultimately create an enjoyable experience that is unique to them.”
“Piazza Hospitality is an innovator in the digitalization of the industry. They fit perfectly into our customer portfolio of accomplished, passionate, and demanding hoteliers. We are proud to play a major part in their change management process from an outdated PMS to a guest-oriented IT strategy. We thank Circe and her team for their trust in dailypoint and are very much looking forward to setting up a future-proof Central Data Management (CDM) with their team,” says Dr. Michael Toedt, founder and CEO of dailypoint.
