Tablet-based Applications for Operations
The ResortSuite OPS (Operations) framework uses iPad  and Android tablets to deliver specific applications for internal use cases such as F&B ordering and check-in processes. It now includes the SPA Check-In App, PMS Check-In App, F&B TabletSide POS, SPA Staff Portal and Golf Starter App, with more to come.

PCI, PA-DSS Certification and GDPR Compliance Support
ResortSuite is PA-DSS validated across all modules. Using tightly integrated modules, with no interfaces required, it eliminates many of the connection points where security holes and exposures to breach can occur. ResortSuite also uses tokenization technology from Shift4 that completely eliminates the need to store credit card numbers in the Oracle database, and is therefore out of PCI scope. It offers full GDPR support of privacy by default, the right to be forgotten and disclosure reporting.

The HTNG SGI interface also exists with Infor HMS.
