We waived fees for 60 days for existing clients and offered new customers two months of free service with 90-day deferred payment terms so they could meet commitments and improve safety standards in preparation for reopening.

Adding panic buttons today means more than just checking off a requirement on the property to-do list. It also means increasing staff loyalty and reducing turnover. In these uncertain times, hoteliers can't assume their valued employees will return post pandemic.
