Recent enhancements include:

• Interface allowing import of budget data, which is then used in Eatec’s checkbook accounting style declining balance process.
• Lot tracking enhancements to track ingredients related to products sold.
• Multiple RQAs can be combined into one purchase order for like items, locations, suppliers or delivery dates.
• Production planning automation for combining requisitions and automatic generation of production worksheets.

Agilysys Stratton Warren System (SWS)
Agilysys Stratton Warren System (SWS) is an industry-leading inventory and procurement software solution that manages the entire supply chain process at one location or across multiple properties. Recent enhancements include:

• Email log inquiry
• Receiving worksheets page break by department
• Email vendor master inquiry
• Description fields for blanket purchase orders, bid specifications, purchasing profiles, inventory profiles and generic profiles
• Inventory document inquiry has print disposition window.

SWS is now available through subscription service.

Self-service Solutions
Agilysys eCash and Agilysys eMenu provide cashless payment and Web and kiosk ordering using self-managed, stored-value accounts. The solutions, which capitalize on consumer demand for the convenience of cashless payment, enable hospitality venues to reduce transaction costs and improve guest service.
Agilysys self service is now fully PA-DSS certified. Version 3.5.1 version features include:

• Enhanced secure messaging
• Disabling of inactive accounts to provide customer account policy, disabling notification and alert notification.
