Point-of-sale (POS) Solution
InfoGenesis POS™ by Agilysys is a point-of-sale solution for food and beverage operators who require flexible enterprise configuration and superior integration capabilities. The system’s service-oriented architecture (SOA) enables interfaces to a wide range of host systems, such as payment card processors and guest management solution providers. Eatec Solutions by Agilysys
Eatec Solutions by Agilysys is a leading enterprise software system for the foodservice and hospitality industries. Core modules focus on inventory control, menu engineering and forecasting. The system’s modular structure enables properties to construct the exact sets of features they need — whether an enterprisewide solution or a single-site solution for multiple functions. Recent enhancements include:

• Budget tracking, which accounts for planned budget against transactions. Displays and accounts for declining balances based on purchase orders and requests for purchase.
• Open-to-buy module, a documented retail industry standard that enables buyers to calculate desired sales, margins and turns and immediately obtain a purchasing plan.
• Integration with Visual One accounting and retail modules.

Stratton Warren System (SWS)
The Stratton Warren System is an industry-leading inventory and procurement software solution that manages the entire procurement process via e-commerce at one location or across multiple properties. Recent enhancements include:

• Approver document hold, which allows purchasing document approvers to inhibit documents from moving through the automated approval process.
• Vendor spend control, which monitors and controls year-to-date expenditures by vendor.
• Multiple UPCs in the Corporate Item Master, which enables users to add multiple UPC codes for use in multicompany organizations.
• Item Master identification of similar items, which prevents duplicate items from being entered in the Corporate Item Master.

Analytics Solution
Hospitality Analytics enables operators to consolidate data across disparate systems and multiple sources and create dashboards and reports for identifying trends, analyzing consumer behavior and increasing profitability. The latest release offers improved performance with SQL Server reporting services and an ad-hoc report-building user interface. Hospitality Analytics is fully integrated with InfoGenesis POS, the Lodging Management System® (LMS) property management solution and the Stratton Warren System inventory and procurement solution.

Self-service Solutions
The InfoGenesis eCash and eMenu solutions by Agilysys provide Web and kiosk ordering and cashless payment through the use of self-managed, stored-value accounts. The solutions, which capitalize on the increasing consumer demand for the convenience of cashless payment, enable hospitality venues to reduce transaction costs and improve customer service. The latest version, released in April, includes enhanced support for international customers.
