Navigating business challenges during national or global catastrophes is nothing new to ReactorNet.

The company was launched in early 2000 on the heels of the dotcom bubble bust and less than two years prior to the 9/11 attacks. It encountered yet more challenges as a result of the 2008 global recession only to face adversity once again during this pandemic.

While many companies across the globe have been impacted by these events, the travel and entertainment industries, two major industries ReactorNet caters to were some of the hardest hit, particularly with 9/11 and the current crisis. Through it all, ReactorNet has persevered without any reduction in staff or elimination of services. This is a testament not only to the management style of the company, but also to the loyalty of its customers and the willingness of both parties to work together through hardships.

No matter the circumstances, the health and well-being of ReactorNet’s employees has always been and remains its primary concern. Given the work from home restrictions placed on businesses during this pandemic, the company was able to shift gears quickly. Having already employed remote worker policies and procedures and implemented various collaboration technology platforms, every employee was immediately able to change modes and work remotely without compromising ReactorNet’s high level of customer service. As for ReactorNet’s outlook, the company will do what it always has and rely on its core strength of helping customers focus on cost savings, which is always top priority in a stressed economy.
