Amadeus is building the bridges needed to allow its customers to “Connect-the-Enterprise” in 2017. In other words, Amadeus’ PMS offerings have all begun getting acquainted with the other Amadeus hospitality solutions in its evolving portfolio.

Amadeus’ industry-leading Force.com-based sales and catering solution (Delphi.fdc), along with its service optimization solutions (HotSOS and REX), have started initial integration initiatives with the Amadeus property management system development teams both in Nice, France, and Breda, Netherlands.

Amadeus looks forward to bringing this unified value to life inside of its products as the company also continues to work with the larger community of technology providers to enable its customers to deliver the brand promise and strategic growth.

In addition to the previously mentioned integrations on the horizon, Amadeus is also eagerly anticipating the first IHG pilot hotels of its state-of-the-art central reservation system. The Amadeus PMS and CRS solutions will be tightly bonded and aligned in the future; the company is delighted at the potential this dual-offering will provide shortly for its customers.

New PMS Feature Highlight
iTesso University is now “Amadeus Hospitality University.” All new interactive content has been added, and Amadeus has finished a complete rebrand of the university training website. Another feature is its 24/7 online digital and interactive course training for a hotel’s entire staff. These tools enable teams to be ready to interact with guests and are included in the price of a subscription.
