Sage Hospitality Resources Installs Execuvue® and Targetvue® for Portfolio Growth:  47-Property Sage Combines Financial Metrics with Guest Information for Real-Time Forecasting to Boost Property Performance
Sage Hospitality Resources is installing Aptech’s Execuvue Business Intelligence and Targetvue Enterprise Planning systems to store and organize the combined operating data from its 47 properties to provide managers with daily performance information for more informed decision making and accurate budgeting/forecasting. 

Until recently Sage used a number of separate systems that included accounting, guest services, and ADP reporting applications to generate information it manually entered into a corporate macro-based version of Excel.  The process was lengthy and labor intensive, and the output was not available to managers until month-end.  Sage is upgrading its corporate information systems by consolidating all of its operating, accounting and guest data in a single centralized Execuvue business intelligence database for instant management access to operating information.
Brian Treadwell, asset manager for Sage Hospitality Resources, said, “We used to spend most of our time reviewing and entering data from separate systems.  Now we are implementing an enterprise business intelligence software system and our focus is shifting toward analyzing our property information for better decisions.”  Sage also uses Aptech’s Targetvue® budgeting and forecasting technique tool to automate ‘what-if’ analysis.

Webvue is an extension of Profitvue that supports property accounting and reporting via the Internet.  Designed for limited service hotels, Webvue enables properties to quickly and easily send and access financial and statistical data and generate reports through its Internet or intranet site.  Hotels can have real-time access to financials at any time, from any location. Webvue is fully secure and centrally controlled and can expand to handle multiple property sites.
