Five Hotel Companies Install Aptech Business Intelligence and Accounting to Increase Efficiency
and Profit Margins
Five hotel companies selected Execuvue® Business Intelligence (BI) and Profitvue® and Webvue® Enterprise accounting systems to increase efficiency and boost profit margins.
Krushiker Hospitality Group installed the Profitvue and Webvue enterprise accounting solutions to centralize back office accounting and reporting for seven hotels. Century Management and TRN Hotel Management also implemented the Profitvue and Webvue accounting systems for their multiproperty operations.
Strand Development upgraded to the newest version of the Execuvue BI system for its 65-property operation.
Profitvue, Webvue Provide Accurate Flexible Reporting, Increase Profitability

Aptech Hosts Execuvue, Frees Operators from System Responsibility
”Strand upgraded to the new mobile-ready cloud version of Execuvue Business Intelligence,” said John Johnson, CFO, Strand Development. “We create interactive data dashboards and automated performance reporting and Aptech hosts the system.” Strand manages 65 properties. “We pull STAR and SALT reports and match guest service data with ADR,” Johnson explained.
Execuvue is a Web-based enterprise business intelligence application for large and small hotel companies that coordinates data from various systems, including Smith Travel Research, into accessible information with familiar browser simplicity. Targetvue is a hospitality-driven budgeting and forecasting solution. Aptech joined forces with PROPHIX to develop a totally new budgeting and forecasting application fully integrated with its Profitvue accounting and Execuvue business intelligence systems. Targetvue eliminates the need for correcting and recombining multiple spreadsheets for consolidating and reporting.
Profitvue is a widely used enterprise thin-client, Internet-enabled back office solution that easily handles single or multiproperty and multicompany accounting, and incorporates accounts payable, general ledger, statistics and financials. Profitvue gives users open-database compliance (ODBC) within a scalable, client/server, open-systems architecture. Profitvue is available as an ASP service or on a licensed basis.
Webvue is an extension of Profitvue that supports property accounting and reporting via the Internet. Designed for limited-service hotels, Webvue enables properties to quickly and easily send and access financial and statistical data and generate reports through its Internet or intranet site. Hotels can have real-time access to financials any time, from any location. Webvue is fully secure and centrally controlled, and expands for multiple property operations.
