Texas Western Installs Execuvue Cloud BI to Automate Data Gathering, Analysis and Reporting for 53 Hotels
Texas Western Hospitality (TW) operates 53 Marriott and Hilton full-service and select-service properties. Until recently, TW received most of its property data via email or fax, and its team had to hand code Excel reports for managers and owners. This was a huge accounting task.
Everything changed when Texas Western implemented Aptech’s Execuvue® Business Intelligence (BI) system to automatically collect and download property performance metrics from its Hilton OnQ and Marriott PMSs daily. Execuvue consolidates PMS data from 53 hotels along with labor numbers, Smith Travel Research output and a variety of additional information from TW’s corporate accounting system in one place. Texas Western’s team uses Execuvue to easily access data at all its hotels for analysis and online reporting. The company uses its BI to conduct multiproperty rollups and comparisons, generate daily revenue and flash reports, and email property-specific reports to the appropriate managers.
Mobile-ready Execuvue is proving to be an ideal property analysis tool for traveling asset managers. Some TW executives review reports on the road from iPads® and can even track operations on their iPhones®.

Profitvue gives users open-database compliance (ODBC) within a scalable, client/server, open-systems architecture. Profitvue is available as an ASP service or on a licensed basis.
Webvue is a Web-based extension of Profitvue that supports property accounting and reporting. Designed for limited-service hotels and scalable to large enterprises, Webvue enables properties to quickly and easily send and access financial and statistical data and generate reports online. The system provides real-time access to financials at any time from any location, and is centrally controlled and fully secure.
