Konover Hotel Corp. Installs Execuvue Business Intelligence, Profitvue Accounting to Support Growth 
Konover completed installation of Aptech’s Profitvue^® centralized corporate accounting software, Webvue online data transfer system, and the Execuvue^® business intelligence system to support its recent growth.  Konover’s addition of 12 properties in one year was simplified by Aptech’s enterprise back office system, Profitvue, which enables the rapid inclusion of multiple assets to financial systems.

With Aptech’s financial management tools, Konover went from a monthly closing process to daily trial-balance flash reporting for all 15 properties, which enables management to assess performance on a nearly real-time basis.  Each property inputs its end-of-day numbers into a Webvue online template linked to the company’s Profitvue enterprise back office system for financials and analysis.  The daily data collection and reporting enhances Konover’s decision making, while improving communications both to and from its properties.  Konover’s corporate team receives each property’s daily numbers, analyzes the metrics with Aptech’s Execuvue Business Intelligence system and then communicates the results back to the properties for improved business practices.  The process results in better teamwork and the ability to compare and contrast each hotel’s operation competitively to pinpoint areas of improvement.

Webvue is an extension of Profitvue that supports property accounting and reporting via the Internet.  Designed for limited service hotels, Webvue enables properties to quickly and easily send and access financial and statistical data and generate reports through its Internet or intranet site.  Hotels can have real-time access to financials at any time, from any location. Webvue is fully secure and centrally controlled and can expand to handle multiple property sites.
