Blueprint RF

2020 Summer

As we look back over the last few months, we've seen an industry shaken to its core. The industry is still in a significant recovery mode, and while these moments may largely shape our narrative for 2020, we've also seen glimmers of hope for the hospitality industry.

In our team meetings at Blueprint RF, we're laser-focused on understanding our current landscape. Each week, we reach out to our industry partners to learn their needs and listen to concerns. While the overwhelming theme may be troublesome, we're seeing industry leaders exhibiting strength, compassion and coming together.

Across our social media, we use #hospitalitystrong. It’s a statement we stand behind, especially after seeing so many selfless acts to bolster our community. From housing essential workers to raising the bar on guest safety, hospitality workers and the industry have continually found new ways to provide during the pandemic.

Our Blueprint RF team has been incredible during these unprecedented times. It quickly adapted from an office environment to working from home, while making sure our customers never missed a beat. Our parent company, Cox Business, has been a strong backbone for us by providing a variety of solutions for working from home, mental and physical health, and constant communication about their COVID-19 precautionary measures.

Since we started Blueprint RF in 2011, we've believed supporting our community is extremely important. We’ve given back to hospitality through foundations, sponsorships and donations. After meetings and phone calls with major brands, we've gone above and beyond to help hotel management companies with their billing and support, because we're all in this together.

In these unprecedented times, it helps to remember we're a unique community built on remarkable brands that people trust and connections that go back many years. And while we’ve heard of hotel management companies having to make some heartbreaking decisions with staff, we've seen strong efforts to help those impacted throughto charitable funds and assistance.

Hospitality has weathered some challenging storms over the years, but if the past is any indication, we know that we'll come back stronger and more resilient.
