Centrada Solutions provides a full spectrum of managed IT services for hotels, management companies, owners and brands. The Centrada team is organized into four distinct and unique service groups focused on managing a hotel’s needs:

Centrada’s operations group manages a 24/7/365 help desk which services more than 1,000 hotels, management company corporate offices, and owner corporate offices. The help desk operates under a one-stop philosophy of handling all calls. Regardless of the brand of the hotel, the vendor of the service, or the individual hotel technology challenge, Centrada’s team owns the call until the client is satisfied.

Client Services
Each client has a dedicated client services manager assigned to its account who has experience working with any opportunities the client may have. The account manager will help each client with the scoping of any projects ranging from the replacement of a single piece of hardware, to architecting the complete package of technologies required for the successful opening of a new hotel.

Professional Services
This seasoned team of hospitality professionals ensures that the implementation of all hotel technologies occurs seamlessly as a turnkey implementation. Professional services maintains frequent communications with all interested parties throughout the effort. This turnkey philosophy allows the hotel personnel to remain focused on guests, not on the technology.

Technical Services
Because Centrada provides a wide variety of managed services to its clients, the company has a team of highly skilled and experienced technicians who serve as its backbone for the implementation and maintenance of all technologies Centrada works with. In addition to providing third-tier technical support for the other Centrada teams, technical services maintains a variety of installed services such as backups, antivirus, patch management, firewall scans and network diagrams, among others.
