Centrada’s operations group manages a 24/7/365 help desk which services more than 1,300 hotels, management company corporate offices, and owner corporate offices. The help desk operates under the philosophy of one-stop call handling. Regardless of the brand of the hotel, the vendor service, or the individual hotel technology challenge, Centrada’s team owns the call until the client is satisfied.
Client Services
Each client is assigned a dedicated client services account manager who has experience working with all technology opportunities the client may have. The account manager helps each client scope projects ranging from the replacement of a single piece of hardware to architecting the complete package of technologies required to successfully open a new hotel.
Professional Services
This seasoned team of hospitality professionals ensures the turnkey implementation of all hotel technologies occurs seamlessly. Professional services maintains frequent communications with all interested parties throughout the project. This turnkey philosophy allows owners and hotel personnel to remain focused on guests, not on technology.
Technical Services
Because Centrada provides a wide variety of managed services to its clients, the company has a team of highly skilled and experienced technicians who serve as its backbone for the implementation and maintenance of Centrada’s technology portfolio. In addition to providing third-tier technical support, technical services maintains a variety of centrally managed services such as backups, antivirus, patch management, firewall scans and network diagrams, among others.
