The Centrada team is organized into four distinct and unique service groups focused on managing hotelier needs:

Centrada’s Operations group maintains a 24/7 help desk. The help desk operates under a one-stop philosophy:  The Help Desk owns each reported issue (regardless of the hotel brand, the service vendor, or the hotel technology challenge involved) until the client is satisfied with the resolution of the issue.

Client Services 
Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager experienced with hospitality technologies and brand mandated technology programs. The account manager helps clients select the best possible solution for their situation. Account managers assist with a wide variety of projects ranging from replacement of hardware at an existing property to the design and implementation of a complete technology package at a new-build hotel.

Professional Services 
This seasoned team of hospitality professionals ensures turnkey implementation of all hotel technology projects. Project managers oversee all aspects of technology projects and maintain frequent communication with interested parties throughout the implementation process. This turnkey philosophy allows hotel personnel to remain focused on guests, not on the technology.

Technical Services 
The Centrada Technical Services team is a group of highly skilled technicians who serve as the backbone for all implementation and support services at Centrada. In addition to providing third-tier technical support for the internal Centrada teams, technical services maintains all Centrada provided services such as backups, antivirus, patch management and firewall scanning.
