dailypoint™ is a leading solution for individual hotels and hotel chains to benefit from the ever-growing amount of data, called Big Data. dailypoint collects data from all relevant sources, like the property management system (PMS), point-of-sale system (POS), website, newsletter and Wi-Fi, and creates a central and consolidated profile for each guest above all existing channels using patented data cleansing processes and artificial intelligence. All cleansed guest data is then stored in the cloud-based Master Data Base – the heart of dailypoint™. A comprehensive profile is created and centrally stored for each customer.
