Call Management System
Edge’s call management system (CMS) includes all the features and functionality expected from an advanced IP-PBX system. The Edge CMS offers flexible options that can help users protect previous telecom investments such as seamless support of existing analog phones. 

Managed Wi-Fi
Edge designs, installs and manages carrier-grade Wi-Fi networks that deliver exceptional performance and reliability, and provide the foundation for expansion into future Wi-Fi-enabled services.
Edge engineers generate a custom Wi-Fi design for each hotel, ensuring optimal wireless coverage. Upon completion of installation, Edge engineers conduct a site survey to validate the Wi-Fi solution design and deliver a comprehensive as-built performance and coverage report.

Local Area Network: The Edge eNode
The Edge eNode is a custom-designed cabinet containing the various computing and communications components that traditionally reside in a hotel equipment rack. Features include:
• Call management system ( IP-PBX)
• IP routing
• LAN and VLANs
• Quality of service
• Firewall
• VPN access
• SIP trunk termination
• Alarm and remote monitoring portal

Data and Voice Connectivity
To ensure interruption-free quality voice and date service, Edge voice and data services are supplied to the eNode by two or more public network connections.
Using multiple service provider partners including AT&T, Verizon, Windstream, Level 3, Time Warner Cable and Comcast, Edge enters into and manages the contracts and ongoing relationships.

Managed Network Security
Every Edge system is PCI compliant and HIPAA compliant, and is protected by a variety of network security measures including stateful inspection firewalls and two-factor authenticated VPNs.
Edge’s staff of credentialed information systems security professionals (CISSP) perform daily external penetration testing and internal scans of the network to ensure the systems and data are protected from security threats.
Edge also provides additional security services such as intrusion protection and detection, security audits and vulnerability assessments, incident response and remediation.

Monitoring and Management
Edge service provides each hotel 24/7 technical support by way of a dedicated system administrator.
Armed with Edge’s advanced network management system, the system administrator proactively monitors all of the elements and conditions of data and voice traffic in real time. The system administrator and supporting engineers can quickly diagnose and manage troubles to resolution from the Edge Network Operations Center.
