Maestro Rolls Out New Web Connection Technology to Increase Online Revenue
NORTHWIND-Maestro PMS is continuing to deliver its suite of Web connection enhancements that enables users to increase revenue and productivity and empowers managers and staff.  The full rollout of the Web Connection suite will be completed in 1Q ’08. Maestro’s Web-focused enhancements are based on HTNG and OTA-approved XML specifications that give operators total control of reservations, rates and availability in real time across all online sources to maximize profitability.  The impressive list of expanded online features provides corporate bookers and leisure guests with greater freedom to customize their experiences, and gives operators a 360-degree view of each guest for more effective marketing programs.
Guest-Centric Web Connection Functionality
Advanced functionality includes ResEze Online Group Management Controls, online dynamic package element building, condo-timeshare owner account access, S&C inquiry, online table reservations, and SMS guests text messaging, all designed to deliver guests more personalized online interaction and improve efficiency for operators.

Online Booking Keeps Guests and Their Money on Property
Expanded dynamic package functionality now enables guests to book activities and other package elements, such as dining options, over the Web as they make room reservations with ResEze from a property’s Web site. NORTHWIND’s new mag stripe ID cards now enable guests to securely charge to their room from anywhere on property. All Maestro’s Web modules are fully integrated on a single-image database for accurate online availability and record keeping.

Optimize the Corporate Booking Online Experience
In early 2008, Maestro will allow meeting planners to create and control their own group blocks, rooming lists and other group management activities online via ResEze to ensure their group experience is always booked correctly.  When meeting planers control their own events, groups have a personalized experience and your sales staff is free to book other business.

Flexible Yield and Rate Strategies to Maximize Online Revenue
Maestro delivers two-way, real-time yield management for all booking channels including GDSs, third-party Internet travel sites, hotel and corporate booking sites, travel agents, the property or chain’s corporate Web site, as well as CRO and other voice channel sites so operators can manage rate, occupancy and length of stay strategies by date range, seasons and segment to maximize revenue.
