E-signature Document Integration
E-signature integration for electronic document signatures in front desk, and sales and catering includes guest waivers, contracts, BEOs to create a seamless pre-stay experience for the guest, and optimize document management.
Mobile Staff Engagement Tools
Maestro’s mobile housekeeping system includes tablet and mobile communication. Staff may update room status and provide personal service via text messages to guests when their room is ready. Maestro also offers spa providers the ability to get updates to their schedule via mobile devices real-time.

Maestro Direct Chat provides online real-time support chat from within Maestro so that clerks may dialog with a Maestro Help Desk agent in real-time.  New updated video tutorials are directly accessible from within Maestro.
