Recently, Maestro enhanced its POS integration with SilverWare POS, who unveiled a new, customizable, mobile tableside ordering and payment platform that extends the touchless guest journey to hotel dining rooms and restaurants. The in-seat contactless platform lets diners scan a QR code to upload a digital menu, order meals, split the check, add a tip and pay via their personal mobile devices or post charges directly to the hotel room. All transactional data is shared between the POS and PMS, enabling managers to view and track guest spend, identify meal preferences, load and redeem gift cards, apply discounts and manage loyalty points easily. 

Remote Onboarding Capabilities
Maestro PMS can be installed (with a custom configured database) remotely. Whether the necessary hardware is already in place, or a new cloud-hosted environment is desired, hoteliers can have the Maestro system fully deployed and launched and training delivered with no on-site visit needed.
