Among other new features, Maestro now includes two-factor authentication, so when a front-desk clerk logs in, the person will receive an authentication code via smartphone or email to verify credentials. This will discourage workers from sharing passwords, and it will prevent employees from logging in as someone else. At a minimum, this helps operators meet their PCI obligations.

Maestro Supports More Payment Products: Maestro is all about giving hoteliers more choices, and that includes supporting more gateway payment products for processing credit card transactions. A newer integration enables our online booking engine to invite guests to sign up for a Visa card that ties their stay with easy installment payments. Guests pay for stays in installments, with the hotel receiving payment in full for the reservation in advance, and payments are processed per usual. FreedomPay credit card processing gateway is also being added.

Maestro Supports More OTA Channels: As guests book their own accommodations, Maestro is there with enhanced integrations to the leading central- reservation system providers, such as Pegasus/TravelTripper, SynXis/Sabre, iHotelier/ Travelclick, Inntopia, etc.; to owner-direct channels like VRBO; or through one of many OTA channel partners, such as Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc.

Maestro Integrates with More CRM Platforms: Hoteliers need CRM platforms to help their teams with marketing efforts. In addition to sales tracking, programs like Salesforce, when integrated with Maestro, can eliminate redundant data input once prospects become customers. Maestro extracts data in Salesforce to create a guest record and the data then flows throughout the guest journey.
