From his or her own personal mobile device, each guest can find your hotel, modify or cancel a reservation, manage his or her own preferences, check in, order room service or housekeeping, retrieve messages, schedule a wake-up call, view billing information and check out.

Another hot trend in the hospitality industry is marketing. OPERA Customer Marketing Management (OCMM) supplies hotels and resorts the power to unlock one of the most powerful resources, the user’s OPERA profile database. OCMM has all the required data in one OPERA database to give the user a 360-degree view of guests without expensive interfaces or exports.

Deliver potential, new and returning guests customized and targeted messages through an email service provider (ESP).
