For more than 25 years, Phonesuite has been a leading hospitality communications solution provider. Our reliable and easy-to-implement telephony platform integrates into existing hotels at a reasonable price point and supports both VoIP/SIP and analog infrastructures and telephones. We are one of two communications companies designated a ‘preferred provider’ by all major hotel brands.

A major difference in our company and other communication solution providers is our dedication to the hospitality industry. Our founder and CEO, Frank Melville, was born into the hotel business, having grown up behind the front desk of his parents’ boutique property in Colorado. He co-founded Phonesuite in 1988 and has spent his career developing innovative business telephony applications. Today, along with Melville, Phonesuite Direct is led by industry veterans Scott Jamison, president and COO; James Prestileo, director of sales and marketing; and Justin Soler, director of operations.

Another difference is our product line. From design and manufacturing to installation and support, it’s all Phonesuite. We manage every project, offer ongoing support and own the products we sell. And, because we design and manufacture our solutions in the United States, we’re able to pass the savings on to our customers. Our products typically cost about 20 percent less than those of our competitors.
