Led by newly appointed COO David Fox, Quore formalized a tiered discount program to help customers alleviate their budgetary challenges for the remainder of the year. The Quore Reactivation Rollout ensured that customers could continue using the digital solutions they needed without added financial burdens. It also allowed hotels to take advantage of recently released product enhancements that make it easier for properties to follow emerging health and safety protocols. Enhancements included updates to Quore’s customizable Checklists, maintenance and inspection reporting, and log sheets.

Quore’s customizable Checklists provide an easy way to distribute new procedures and track progress across teams. Several Quore customers found this to be an ideal solution for checking off necessary sanitization protocols. Brands created standardized COVID-19 checklists for hotels to ensure cleanliness initiatives were constantly followed. Checklists can be used, and customized, by any property and any brand. They’re easy to duplicate, edit and distribute, and they ensure that the whole team has clear documentation for operational compliance. 

Beyond Checklists, Quore’s Connect feature enables contactless communication between guests and staff through simple SMS messaging. Quore users implemented Connect to ensure guests receive the same standard of service despite the circumstances. The solution allows teams to rapidly respond to guest requests or complaints while maintaining social distancing guidelines and reducing COVID-19 risks with fewer face-to-face interactions. Quore customers also use Connect to communicate new protocols and procedures with guests upon check-in, for reassurance that the property prioritizes health and safety.

Management and above property teams find it easier to track operational compliance with Quore because all information is digitally accessible with reporting capabilities for deeper insights. Quore’s Reports app allows management teams to ensure that safety protocols are handled effectively and provides additional data for spotting trends and identifying areas for improvement. And because it’s all in Quore, reports, documents, checklists and messages can all be viewed and shared across departments, locations and properties. This enables virtual quality audits.
