SHR’s Wave RMS Connects with Apaleo PMS
Sceptre Hospitality Resources (SHR), which offers a suite of solutions to help hoteliers improve the guest experience and drive revenue at each touchpoint along the guest journey, has integrated its Wave Revenue Management System (RMS) with Apaleo, the open hospitality platform. Apaleo transforms hotels with a flexible Property Management System (PMS) and App Store and is built on the company’s API-First, cloud-native technology.
The integration is a win for both developers and users, since Apaleo’s PMS was designed with an open architecture that can be customized by the user through the company’s various add-on apps. Features of the new connection include updated rates, availability restrictions, and oversell limits from the Wave RMS to the Apaleo PMS. The Wave RMS is now available as a new application in Apaleo’s App Store.

In addition to the updated Wave RMS functionality, there’s also a major new added benefit for Apaleo users who are tapped into SHR’s Windsurfer CRS: Group reservation blocks are now being supported in the system as well. This is yet another new feature that underscores the ongoing and evolving value of SHR’s integration within the Apaleo API.
