Attendees received information on new property software system enhancements, attended education sessions, and were provided with personal one-on-one learning labs with Maestro PMS professionals. Maestro also announced continued property software product enhancements including personalized functionality to its ResWave online booking engine, increased mobile technologies, and further data mining opportunities into Maestro’s centralized database. Many of Maestro’s technology partners also met with attendees at the conference to share their new advancements and offerings.
Maestro is a preferred property management system (PMS) of leading independent hotels, resorts, condos and multi-property groups. Maestro is focused on trusted relationships, educational support services and long term investment security for hotel operators. These key focuses are at the center of Maestro’s beliefs and contribute to its long lasting 35+ years of success.
“Our 2016 Users’ Conference was an excellent forum for many of Maestro’s clients to meet with our professional team and strengthen their understanding of how our integrated systems and expanded services can benefit their operations,” said Maestro PMS president Warren Dehan. “This year’s conference was in Toronto near Maestro’s corporate offices, which made it possible for nearly all of our team to meet with clients they had only known from phone calls.” Maestro’s 2016 Conference provided more than 50 educational sessions diving deep into property software features and functions focused on revenue generation, data mining, reservation optimization, sales and catering, increasing online conversions and making front desk operations more guest centric. “Our conference goal was to help Maestro users be more productive and profitable. Attendees said we hit our target.”
“Thank you again for the amazing work you and the Maestro team did on this year's conference! I'm not sure if I just simply understand Maestro better than my first conference, or if this conference just rocked,” said Kimberly Roberts, director of spa, New Moon Spa & Salon at the 1886 Crescent Hotel.
Curtis Burdette, general manager at Double JJ Resort, said, “Our very inviting colleagues welcomed us at the Maestro Users’ Conference. I appreciate the top-notch planning and delivery of learning, networking, and opportunities to enjoy the city of Toronto. Thanks to Warren Dehan and all the NORTHWIND Maestro team.”
“Maestro is the cutting-edge of hotel technology for independents and our company especially values Maestro’s new ResWave integrated booking engine enhancements,” said Chris Shroff, operator of Seaside Resorts. “About 48 percent of our reservations originate online which is attractive to younger travelers. ResWave is equally valuable for individual, group and spa bookings and lets us offer add-on amenities with reservations. Maestro’s willingness to accept operator ideas for system enhancements is one reason they are so successful.”
“Congratulations and Kudos! We found incredible value to attending the Conference classes. You did an amazing job planning the events. Every detail was thought through and planned with care. The accommodations, the food, breaks and off site activities were all truly amazing,” Nattika Wattanasuttiwong, director of rooms division, The Madison Concourse Hotel.
