The 19th Annual Executive Vendor Summit
Hospitality Upgrade Magazine has announced that its 19th Annual Executive Vendor Summit (EVS) will be held at The Curtis in Denver, Colo., from March 26-March 28, 2024. The Executive Vendor Summit is a unique invitation-only industry event that brings together senior level technology executives from the hospitality industry for learning, thought leadership and networking. Located smack dab in the center of downtown Denver's Theater District, just a block from the Colorado Convention Center, The Curtis is - INCLUSIVE CHEEKY UNEXPECTED PLAYFUL CLEVER ECCENTRIC - a unique place to stay in Denver where life is colorful and experience is anything but ordinary.
In an industry based on competition as much as partnerships, the Executive Vendor Summit offers vendor executives a rare combination of networking, social events and program content in a relaxed atmosphere, with no customers and no selling. “In my conversations with those in the vendor community, executives tell me they are truly excited about gathering at a face-to-face industry event,” said Hospitality Upgrade CEO and Publisher Rich Siegel. “EVS is for the vendor community, but it’s amazing how many hoteliers want to join us this year. This event allows attendees to develop and foster critical relationships with their peers, as well as focus on both challenges and opportunities in the industry.”
The 2024 program will be announced soon. Check back for the program and sessions which are being added to the 2024 EVS program.
The 2023 EVS program included many popular sessions including the following: Mergers and Acquisitions; Intellectual Property, Security and IP; and of course, the robust and animated CIO panel.
Hospitality Upgrade is continuing its partnership with Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) for this year’s event and program. "The Executive Vendor Summit is the world's only hospitality technology supplier invitational event, and Hospitality Upgrade has done a phenomenal job, both by supplying stellar education and facilitating a number of hospitality technology companies' mergers, acquisitions and, most importantly, partnerships," said HFTP CEO Frank Wolfe. Those interested in attending this year’s event and would like to be added to the list should email Kim Delaney at Kim@hospitalityupgrade.com. Limited sponsorship opportunities are available. Frequently asked questions can be found online at the EVS FAQ page.

Why do past attendees mark this as a must-attend event? Quite simply—it's the focus on peer-to-peer interaction. In an industry based on competition as much as partnerships, the Summit offers vendor executives a rare combination of networking, social events and program in a relaxed atmosphere. At other conferences and tradeshows, vendors are focused on selling products and services. At the Executive Vendor Summit, there are no customers and no selling. By taking the customer out of this event, attendees form critical relationships with peers and focus on the industry's successes, challenges and opportunities and how to provide better solutions.
This year's program is being finalized with many of the popular sessions of the past included and updated to reflect on the changes we are all experiencing today. Back by popular demand will be the CIO panel where a multitude of tech leaders from hotel companies will share where their technology focus and investment will be this year. The program will be finalized very soon as final schedules are being confirmed. We especially want to thank our Advisory Board for sharing their thoughts once again on this year’s program.
