Guestware to Exhibit its Latest Mobile Chat Functionality at HITEC 2016

Guestware, a comprehensive and flexible Guest Experience Management software, will be demonstrating its latest mobile chat functionality in booth 825 at HITEC in New Orleans, June 21-23.  

Guestware Mobile Chat gives hotel guests the flexibility to communicate directly with associates via mobile device before, during or post-stay. They can pick items from a pre-customized list or initiate a live chat exchange with operators. While the conversation is recorded within Guestware for future review and analysis, service requests can also be automatically dispatched to staff via the Guestware Mobile App to ensure guest satisfaction in real-time. Guestware Chat is designed to be opaquely integrated with existing third party guest-facing hotel apps for a seamless end user experience.
