Hospitality Technology Veteran Joins Uniguest as EVP Brands and International Sales

Nashville-based Uniguest, a leading global provider of secure technology and print services, is pleased to announce the addition of Scott McClure as EVP brands and international sales.

McClure spent six years with TripAdvisor working with top global brands on digital strategy. He previously worked with Chief Executive Officer Jeff Hiscox at Newmarket International, which was by the travel technology giant, Amadeus, in late 2013. 
“With the recent acquisition of the digital signage company, ONELAN, Uniguest is well-positioned to help hoteliers enable digital engagement in their lobby and common areas,” Hiscox said. “Scott has a strong background in helping hospitality marketing teams position their hotels digitally, and we are very excited that he decided to join Uniguest."
McClure led the Global Key Accounts team at TripAdvisor, overseeing strategic relationships with key global partners such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Accor and Hyatt. Prior to TripAdvisor, McClure spent seven years at Newmarket International, first developing Newmarket’s gaming sales strategy and then as vice president of regional sales, leading the Americas sales team and working with the hotel brands and management companies. McClure has a bachelor of science degree from Ball State University. 
“Most of my career has been spent in the hospitality tech industry,” McClure said. “As I began to learn more about Uniguest and its proprietary security software that serves much of the hospitality industry, it seemed to be the right fit. I am looking forward to working with the Uniguest team and our customers on digital engagement.”
