Multi-Systems, Inc. (MSI), has extended its partnership with InnDependent Boutique Collection (IBC Hotels, Inc.), providing their non-branded hotel members exclusive pricing of MSI’s hotel cloud property management system, MSI CloudPM™.

“Part of our mission and success with IBC Hotels is being transparent in conveying independent hoteliers added security, heightened presence and greater leveraging not otherwise given them in the hospitality industry—all while maintaining their individual independent name and brand identity," said Pamela Barnhill, president and COO of InnSuites Hospitality Trust. "Having MSI as a hotel cloud technology partner demonstrates our continued efforts to recommend quality products and services to IBC’s members, including the highly acclaimed MSI CloudPM™.”
“To be under the umbrella of IBC Hotels,” said Jason Hoehne, COO of New Victorian Inn & Suites, “means we can maintain our uniqueness in the hospitality industry without the high costs associated with chain brands. As for having MSI in our six hotels, we benefit from using MSI CloudPM™ and working with the MSI cloud services team every day. Personally, I can manage properties on the road in the middle of snowed-over corn fields in Nebraska! This is an awesome venture.”
“MSI CloudPM™ is unique in that it has a low monthly fee versus the competitive per transaction costs," said Barnhill. "To a 100-room property at 60 percent occupancy, this can save well over $1,200 per month, just on PMS costs. That is a huge savings to the independent hotelier.”
“We are pleased to extend our partnership with IBC Hotels’ properties,” said Rick Munson, president and CEO of MSI. “The premier of the MSI TruCloud™ cloud technology portfolio featuring MSI CloudPM™ and MSI CloudPay™ to IBC’s Members offers an unrestricted approach to providing cloud solutions to our business partners.”
