NAVIS, a sales and marketing platform for hotels, resorts, management companies and vacation rentals, announced that Michelle Marquis will move into the newly formed position of vice president of strategic development.
In her new role, Marquis will identify and evaluate new market opportunities as well as play a key role in assessing evolving trends and future demands as part of the company’s growth strategy.

Over the last 11 years at NAVIS, Marquis has been an integral part of the executive team, leading sales, business development, client advocates and marketing. She joined NAVIS after serving as director of sales and marketing at Mount Bachelor Village Resort in Bend, Ore. As a previous power user, she successfully utilized NAVIS to help her property increase their business. She is a sought-after expert speaker at industry events around the U.S., including the Google Travel Conference, HSMAI events, VRMA, Cornell University Hospitality Research Summit and the Preferred Hotel Group Conference. With more than two decades of hands-on experience, her career is marked by notable achievements while bringing the highest value to her clients, partners and colleagues.
