AirWatch expands their global footprint with the announcement of a new office in Miami in order to support a rapidly growing Latin America customer base and global multi-national corporations operating in the region.

As early adopters of mobile technology, many organizations in Latin America made tactical purchases of point solutions to fill gaps in their mobile programs but have quickly shifted to more holistic and strategic approaches to mobile. Global multi-national corporations operating in the region also require the ability to localize applications and content to specific countries. Within the past two years, more than 300 of the most innovative organizations in Latin America and global companies with a local presence have leveraged the AirWatch platform for their mobile initiatives. AirWatch also features an extensive partner ecosystem specific to Latin America.

AirWatch provides the most flexible deployment options for customers in Latin America to implement AirWatch solutions standalone for unique bring your own device (BYOD) requirements, as a dual persona containerized solution with AirWatch workspace and as a comprehensive, highly scalable enterprise grade mobility platform. AirWatch dedicates significant resources to global service and support with local phone numbers for more than 40 countries globally and eight countries across Latin America. In addition to sales, services and support in local languages, the AirWatch console, solutions, all application agents and customizable terms of use are fully translated into both Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, and they can easily be changed based on user language preference.

“We’ve grown quickly over the past two years in Latin America, with more than 25 employees dedicated to the region as we support our customers and partners in their local language,” says Cesar Berenguer, director of business development for Latin America, AirWatch. “There is a strong demand for mobile in the enterprise throughout Latin America, and companies are turning to AirWatch for our ability to accelerate growth for their mobile initiatives. Our new Miami office will serve as a hub for business in the region and will ensure our customers receive support and resources in Spanish and Portuguese.”
