SHR Teams Up with nSight to Offer Predictive Marketing Suite

SHR, Sceptre Hospitality Resources, a pioneer of advanced hotel distribution technologies, has entered into an agreement with nSight, providing SHR clients access to an increasingly important strategic element; world-class predictive marketing tools.

Using OTA search and booking as its data source, nSight helps hoteliers improve transient segment conversion and make better pricing decisions by providing rate shopping, demand forecasting and marketing recommendations via its advanced product suite. This helps hotels track their competition share, allowing better revenue strategies, which translates into enhanced profitability. 
"Today's hotel market is highly competitive. Hoteliers need a real edge based on real knowledge," said Drew Rosser, vice president of sales for SHR. "nSight's smart business intelligence tools give hoteliers access to the information they need to get and keep that edge. This is why SHR has strategically entered into an agreement with nSight in order to offer these tools to a wider hotel audience."   
For nSight Founder, Rich Maradik, partnering with SHR seems a natural choice not just on a technology level, but on a human level as well. “Combining our product offerings like this definitely gives hotels a higher quality alternative for their CRS and business intelligence needs," said Maradik. According to Christopher Snyder, director of revenue management for Baywood Hotels, the addition of nSight products is yet another fortunate turn on their journey with SHR. The company initially provided Baywood with revenue management services for several of its hotels. After Baywood brought revenue management in-house, SHR remained an ally for their independent hotels, providing booking engines, as well as new products. 
“Then SHR referred me to nSight, a new reporting platform that would allow us an opportunity see booking information on a new level,” said Snyder. “Now we can make strategy changes that we might have otherwise overlooked with traditional reporting, and can continue making smart decisions for Baywood Hotels based on truly reliable data.” 
The entire suite of nSight products is currently available through SHR, an official nSight re-seller.
