The Venza Group partners with Sage Hospitality as the Denver-based hotel owner/operator makes use of Venza’s PCI Compliance training in 2015.

“Sage Hospitality recognizes that it’s not enough for employees to just undergo training. They have to walk away from it able and motivated to apply what they’ve learned,” said Jeff Venza, CEO of Venza Group. “That’s core to our approach, so the relationship between our two companies has really been a great fit.”

Venza Group’s PEAK programs consist of customizable elearning modules along with other blended-learning interventions developed specifically for the hospitality environment and designed to maximize application and retention. This helps ensure that managers and employees who participate in the training will apply what they’ve learned in their day-to-day work.

“Venza’s approach makes it easy for participants to adopt the behaviors and actions back on the job,” said Joel Boymel, director IT, Infrastructure and Security at Sage Hospitality. “We’re glad to have found a partner that understands the unique nuances of the hospitality industry.”

Venza PEAK learning programs address Payment Card Industry compliance in the hotel industry. Interventions introduce concepts in the hospitality industry setting, specifically targeted for management, employees and IT. The legal content for PCI programs is provided by Venza Group partner Arnall Golden Gregory (AGG).
