Trust International’s Flexible Distribution Solutions, Proactive Partnership Win Over AmericInn Hotels

AmericInn International, a division of Northcott Hospitality, LLC, has selected Trust International as its strategic partner for all distribution related services for its hotels. After an extensive six-month review process, AmericInn chose Trust International for its top of the line technology, proven reliability, outstanding usability, easy-to-manage inventory and rates structure and central reservation service (CRS) distribution connectivity that will help drive increased productivity and revenue.

“We were looking for a CRS provider that would proactively lead the way for AmericInn to maximize its distribution -- to consult and push AmericInn hotel owners to maintain current ‘best practices’ revenue management disciplines,” said AmericInn CEO Paul Kirwin. “An additional key factor in our decision was Trust’s ability to support AmericInn’s current infrastructure as well as our extensive level of personal service to our hotels and franchise owners. We feel that Trust’s shared approach to information exchange via shared development of CRS enhancements will lead the way for our properties to continually improve upon best practices and provide us with a distinct competitive advantage.”

“We have always felt that the aggregate knowledge base of our savvy clients is a tremendous resource for both our client base and Trust,” said Richard Wiegmann, Managing Director, Trust International. “We are very pleased that AmericInn recognizes that value and appreciates the advantages of our investment in distribution connectivity and technology. We are pleased to have AmericInn as our newest partner and we look forward to their participation in future Trust Customer Conferences and client meetings that will help shape future products and services.”

With the new contract, Trust will be providing products and services that include:

  • A CRS with a sophisticated, highly flexible and easily managed availability and rate structure;
  • A cutting-edge, merchandising-focused Internet Booking Engine (IBE) that allows side-by-side hotel comparisons, offers related to seasonalized content and personalized offers accessed through the loyalty program profile and more;
  • Full interfaces to property management and revenue management systems;
  • 24/7Call Center services;
  • Extensive OTA connectivity, including direct connects to major OTAs; and
  • Functionality across an array of mobile devices.

Wiegmann said, “AmericInn had an extensive list of requirements they were seeking from their CRS prospects. Fortunately our continued investment in technology and products during the economic downturn kept us ahead of the curve. We are able to offer our clients and AmericInn advanced options in all areas, giving them a competitive advantage that translates directly to an improved bottom line.”
