VENZA Appoints Macarena Carballo Vice President of Operations and Customer Success

VENZA has announced that Macarena Carballo has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Operations and Customer Success. In this new capacity, she will be responsible for overseeing VENZA’s operational functions related to data protection and security and IT services, while also managing efficiency and ensuring customer success across the organization. Ms. Carballo, a key part of VENZA’s success, will continue to drive the focus on building, growing, and nurturing relationships with all clients, continuously improving the customer experience across the full journey.

Prior to her advancement, Ms. Carballo was VENZA’s Director of Customer Success. In that role, she led efforts to meet the needs of clients by expanding the range of products offered and working to build teams that fostered strong, trustworthy client relationships. Before joining VENZA, she led large-scale international and domestic teams in the hospitality industry for seventeen years, with a focus on customer success, business development, conventions, and sales.
