VENZA® is working with Provident Hotels & Resorts to ensure adequate data protection and training measures are in place across Provident’s portfolio in order to comply with PCI DSS version 3.2.

“Data protection standards and requirements are continuing to evolve, and hotels remain particularly vulnerable to breaches,” said Jeff Venza, VENZA’s CEO. “Provident Hotels & Resorts is taking a proactive approach to maintaining data security by making sure it has the necessary training, systems and support in place to keep the personal information of their employees and guests safe.”

This summer, VENZA launched its PEAK® Learning Game Eco-System for hoteliers looking for an engaging way to communicate information security best practices to associates. The mobile-friendly system consists of up-to-date content on data security standards for compliance and for the creation of a security-minded culture. Also included in 2016’s system enhancements are administrative dashboards for tracking and recording ease.

VENZA is designed specifically for hoteliers and has become a central part of Provident’s cyber-resilient strategy for decreasing vulnerability, keeping data safe and maintaining compliance. “We’re committed to keeping our guests and their data safe,” said Roberto Yount, director of technology at Provident Hotels & Resorts. “We began our work with VENZA last year. This year, we’re excited to expand our partnership to include all hotels in our portfolio. With so much change and uncertainty in the data security landscape, it was critical for us to find a partner with the expertise, track record and knowledge to help us meet our objectives. We found that partner in VENZA.”
