VENZA hires from within appointing Dominique Williams to customer success manager shifting from senior customer success coach and appoints Richard Ross to accounting manager from a part time accountant to this new fulltime role. VENZA secured capital in Q2 2020to expand its operations and is now hiring for multiple positions including a customer success director, technical writer/communicator, and VP of sales among other positions across the company.

Dominique Williams has been with VENZA for two and half years. He started as a customer success representative. Now, as customer success manager, Dom will guide VENZA hospitality clients around the world to take full advantage of all VENZA’s InfoSec programs. “I appreciate VENZA for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to realize my vision for the customer success team,” said Dominique Williams. “Since customer success is an integral part of VENZA, I’m looking forward to helping make clients happy and find value in our programs,” said Williams.

Richard Ross was hired back in November of 2020 as a part-time accountant for VENZA and has now been appointed to accounting manager. He brings twenty-three years in accounting. Twenty-one of those years in hospitality. Located on the West Coast, Richard is “excited to be able to offer extra hours for East Coast clients and working with his great accounting team to service all VENZA clients efficiently,” said Ross. 

Josh Bergen, president of VENZA had this to say, “We had to make tough choices in 2020 with some staff reductions due to COVID-19 and the impacts on the hospitality industry.”  “As we start the vaccine roll-out, work on international hospitality safety and cleanliness programs, we are working with our clients on an optimistic rebound. With that said, the postings of many new employment opportunities are just the tip of the iceberg for VENZA,” said Bergen.
