ZDirect has announced that the company has redesigned its Forms Center services to assist hoteliers in better creating digital forms and surveys.

ZDirect Updates Forms Center to Create Forms and Surveys on the Fly via ZMail

ZDirect has recently redesigned its Forms Center services from the ground up to make it easier for hoteliers to instantly create digital forms and surveys and send them to guests via its ZMail electronic communications platform. The service is designed to enable marketers and managers to get to know their guests better and deliver upon expectations to better engage with customers before, during and after their stay.

ZDirect has been providing more than 2,000 hotels and resorts on six continents with eMarketing and eCRM solutions since 2002. The company updated its Forms Center to bring the advantages of Web 2.0 functionality to its users and implemented newer technologies to make the user experience more interactive and flexible.  Surveys are completely multilingual, a first in the hospitality industry, one survey can support every language and the results all feed into one report instead of having multiple surveys for every language.

"Our new Forms Center, which took nearly a year to build, is much more graphically pleasing and intuitive," said Shayne Paddock, ZDirect CIO. "The challenge was to keep all of our legacy functionality while adding in features like drag and drop fields, image based answers, and hidden questions."

Among the first to use the refined Forms Center is hotel management and development company Stout Street Hospitality and its independent boutique brand Magnolia Hotels.
