During HITEC 2026, hospitality technology leaders will come together for more than innovation and industry connection. On Monday, June 15, TraknProtect and RUCKUS Networks will host a Charity Poker Night bringing together hotel executives, technology partners and industry leaders to raise awareness and support thefight against human trafficking.

The event, hosted in partnership by TraknProtect and RUCKUS Networks, reflects a shared commitment to leveraging the strength of the hospitality community to safer environments for guests, employees and vulnerable individuals.

All proceeds from the evening will benefit Safe House Project, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to combating human trafficking by increasing victim identification, providing emergency services, expanding access to safe housing and supporting survivor recovery.

“At TraknProtect, we believe safety is a right for everyone—including survivors of human trafficking,” said Parminder Batra, CEO of TraknProtect. “As an industry, we spend a lot of time coming together to learn, connect and celebrate. This event gives us a chance to do all of that while supporting a cause that matters deeply to many of us. We’re grateful to partner with RUCKUS Networks and Safe House Project to turn an evening of great conversations, friendly competition and community into meaningful support for survivors.”

The Charity Poker Night will offer attendees an evening of networking, friendly competition and community while supporting an important cause. Guests can participate as poker players or attend as supporters. Attendees are encouraged to make a minimum $50 donation to Safe House Project through the event page to receive event details. Seating is limited to the first 50 players, with additional guests welcome to attend and support the mission.
