IRIS, one of the global market leaders in digital F&B and guest experience solutions for hotels, announced the promotion of Graham Rushin to the role of deputy chief executive officer (Deputy CEO). Previously serving as vice president of sales and marketing, Graham's appointment reflects IRIS's ambitious growth agenda and commitment to delivering world-class digital guest experiences at scale.

A strategic focus on growth

In his new role, Graham will spearhead IRIS's commercial and strategic growth initiatives, with a clear mandate across five key pillars:

  • Mobile Ordering Innovation: Expanding IRIS's industry-leading mobile ordering capabilities, integrations and guest engagement features to set new benchmarks in digital hospitality.
  • International Expansion: Driving market entry and growth across Asia and the Middle East, two of the fastest-growing regions for hospitality technology investment.
  • New Customer Journey: Reimagining how hotels and guests interact throughout the entire stay experience, with seamless, personalised digital touchpoints from arrival to checkout.
  • Hotel Market and Major Chains: Deepening IRIS's presence within the hotel sector, with a particular focus on growing partnerships with leading international hotel groups and major chains.
  • Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships: Forging and strengthening relationships with key integration partners to build out the IRIS ecosystem and deliver greater value to customers.
