Marcus Corporation Promotes Rajiv W. Castellino to Chief Information Officer
Marcus Corporation announced that Rajiv W. Castellino, chief technology officer of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, has been promoted to chief information officer of Marcus Corporation. Castellino will assume the role on August 2, 2026, succeeding Kim M. Lueck, who will retire as chief information officer on August 1, 2026, after nearly 30 years with the company.

Marcus, chief executive officer of Marcus Corporation. “I am confident he will bring the same focus and discipline as he assumes leadership of our enterprise-wide technology strategy and infrastructure. Congratulations to Rajiv for this well-deserved promotion.”
Castellino began his career at Marcus Hotels & Resorts in 2017 as chief technology officer. In this role, he oversaw the technology direction of the division, leading the infrastructure and network engineering teams and eventually assuming greater responsibility for marketing technology support and development. With more than 30 years of technology experience in the hospitality industry, Castellino previously served as chief information officer at Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. where he oversaw information technology management and technology brand standards, as well as served in various technology leadership roles at other hospitality management companies earlier in his career.
Castellino holds a master’s degree in management information systems from the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas, a master’s degree in marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in India, and a bachelor’s degree from Ferguson College of the University of Pune in India.
