Phunware, Inc. (NASDAQ: PHUN) is a guest intelligence platform used by hospitality operators to manage guest engagement across the on-property journey. The platform is delivered through a guest-facing mobile application that incorporates indoor navigation with live blue-dot turn-by-turn directions, helping guests move through large or spatially complex properties while interacting with services and amenities.

Getting lost on a large or multi-building property is a common source of guest frustration and a recurring operational burden on front-desk and concierge staff. Phunware addresses this through indoor navigation that includes mapping across multi-floor and multi-building environments, live blue-dot positioning, turn-by-turn directions, points of interest with hours and contact details and accessibility routing for guests with mobility considerations. Additional modules extend the application into guest services, communications and on-property commerce.

The platform supports several areas of functionality. The AI Concierge module enables guests to request information, make inquiries and receive recommendations through a conversational interface, with responses routed through the property's own information on hours, menus, pricing and availability. A data layer captures declared preferences and behavioral signals based on how guests move through and interact with the property, which operators use to inform operational and merchandising decisions. The platform supports ancillary revenue through in-app bookings, geo-targeted offers and access to dining reservations, spa services, activities and room upgrades.

Phunware is deployed across a range of resort environments, including beach and island resorts, mountain destinations and large integrated properties. In one deployment, the property leads its portfolio in ancillary revenue per occupied room, with more than 70% of guests using the platform during their stay. In another, the platform supports guest engagement at scale across restaurants, pools,casinosand waterpark experiences.

Phunware also serves healthcare organizations, where the platform provides campus navigation, Electronic Health Record (EHR) integration and access to physician and services directories.

Phunware offers a tiered product portfolio designed to serve hospitality properties across a range of segments. Lower tiers are configured for full-service independent properties seeking to establish a digital guest experience, while higher tiers are built for premium hospitality brands and larger enterprise deployments that require deeper personalization, broader integration and more advanced engagement capabilities. The AI Concierge moved from pilot to commercial availability in early 2026 and is integrated with Phunware's navigation and mapping technology, allowing guests to receive context-aware responses with routing to rooms
and points of interest.

Phunware works with property leadership, including general managers, revenue teams and operations staff, to align the platform with property-specific goals. Implementation includes integration with existing property management and CRM systems, followed by ongoing support.
