Product Update: Quore Launches Refreshed Inspections App
Quore launched a refreshed version of its Inspections app in March. This update introduced a modernized interface and several new features to streamline the inspection process and improve overall usability. The redesigned user experience made inspections more intuitive and efficient, while enhanced filtering, sorting, and in-page search capabilities allowed users to quickly find the information they needed. The update also enabled users to add multiple comments and photos to each inspection step, with the flexibility to return later and add further details as needed. Additionally, swipe-to-select functionality replaced traditional taps, making it faster and easier to complete actions during inspections. This refresh is part of Quore’s continued commitment to helping hotel teams operate more effectively.
Expanded Property Management System Integration Offerings
Quore's PMS integration capabilities now extend to SkyTouch and HotelKey, offering enhanced functionality and data-sharing options. As a result, integration with ChoiceAdvantage powered by SkyTouch is now available, in addition to our existing Cleanings Plus Data Integration powered by IHG Concerto. By directly accessing guest data from PMS platforms, Quore empowers management teams with deeper insights and greater efficiency enabling data-driven decisions and optimized operations.
Transforming Housekeeping Productivity & Cleanings
Quore’s premium Cleanings Plus application integrates with IHG’s property management system via the Cleanings Plus Data Integration Powered by IHG Concerto. This integration streamlines the cleaning process by automatically pulling data from the PMS to help populate housekeepers’ breakout boards each day. Additionally, Cleanings Plus enables housekeeping teams to create digital breakout boards, monitor cleanings in real time, receive notifications when rooms are ready for inspection, and track cleaning productivity. Housekeeping teams that take advantage of Cleanings Plus see marked improvements in overall cleaning times and achieve higher room cleanliness scores.
