HITEC 2026: Cloud management, PMS automation and AI
At HITEC 2026, RUCKUS will showcase updates aligned with its vision for purpose-built, AI-driven hospitality networking. The company will highlight RUCKUS One™ Hospitality Edition, a cloud-managed platform that delivers centralized visibility and AI-driven insights across one or more properties. A key feature is a new integration with Oracle OPERA Property Management System (PMS), which automates guest Wi-Fi access based on check-in and check-out status, helping reduce manual effort and eliminating the need for dedicated gateway appliances. RUCKUS will also highlight new Wi-Fi 7 access point options, including the R575 tri-band access point and the H375 Wall Plate access point, designed for high-demand public areas and in-room deployments.
RUCKUS will also demonstrate advancements in RUCKUS AI, designed to help hospitality IT teams proactively identify network issues and optimize access point power usage in vacant rooms and unused event spaces. Building on previously released Digital Systems Engineer (DSE) assistants, RUCKUS is evolving toward an agentic AI model, with an Orchestrator Agent coordinating specialized AI agents under human oversight. The outcome is a more consistent guest Wi-Fi experience with less day-to-day burden on lean hotel IT teams. Find RUCKUS at Booth #1843.
