Introducing TIPMO by GratifID, a cashless tipping and service-rating platform for hotels, resorts, airports and other hospitality environments. This NEW digital tipping and financial platform enables hotel guests to tip service workers and submit performance ratings directly from their smartphones without downloading an app or creating an account. TIPMO is an NFC (near-field communication) native hotel tipping system.
Each service worker or station is assigned a branded, encrypted and secured NFC tag (lapel pin, wristband, desk puck, keychain). When a guest taps the tag with an iPhone or Android device, a tipping and rating interface opens instantly in the device's native browser. Payment is completed via Apple Pay or Google Pay in less than 10 seconds, allowing transactions to be totally frictionless.

Workers Earn Securely
Service workers receive tips directly to individual accounts with disbursement handled through GratifID's payment infrastructure. Multiple payout rails are available. TIPMO creates a financial employee profile (tip history, ratings, performance) that travels with them across every job for life. No cash handling is required by staff. Tips flow directly to the worker without the hotel having to handle tip disbursement. Banking-grade security prevents any attacks or manipulations. Unlike QR-Code based tipping systems, TIPMO is 100% secure.
Properties Run Smarter
TIPMO provides real-time workforce intelligence. Properties gain access to an analytics dashboard that captures tipping activity and service ratings by employee, department and location, providing operational data that is not available through traditional cash tipping or most digital alternatives. Each tap generates a time-stamped service rating alongside the optional gratuity, giving management structured feedback tied to specific staff members and interactions. This data is aggregated in the property dashboard and can be used for performance management and staff recognition programs.
