Virdee is deploying Apple Wallet Keys at new and existing client properties. Apple Wallet Keys revolutionize the hotel room key by placing it in the guest’s Apple Wallet, eliminating the need for a separate digital key app. Using NFC technology, Wallet Keys overcome the limitations of Bluetooth-based digital keys.

Increase Upsell Conversion

AI-powered smart upsell recommendations deliver the right offer at the right time for every guest. Dynamic offers and pricing drive greater conversion across room upgrades, package upsells and add-on services such as early check-in and late checkout.

Check In Before a Room Is Ready

With Room Ready Notifications, guests can complete check-in and pick up a keycard at a kiosk or add a mobile key to their Apple Wallet before the room is ready. Guests receive text and email notifications with their room number once it becomes available.

Eliminate Check-In Lines

Standing in line to check in is often the first experience guests have at a property. Virdee changes that. With pre-arrival check-in via mobile web and key pickup at the in-lobby kiosk, guests can start their stay sooner. It requires only a fraction of the staff needed for a standard front desk setup.

Go Deskless

The combination of mobile web and kiosk allows hotels to fully remove the front desk. Guests can use Wallet Keys or key cards, and Remote Assistance connects them directly with property staff who can issue replacement keys remotely in the event of lockouts and perform all standard front desk functions.
